Microwave tunnel oven for the continuous heating processes
WAVE LINE is an industrial microwave oven in continuous, for pasteurization, cooking and generally heating treatments. This oven is specially designed for the laboratories, industries and research centers.
The oven integrates temperature modulation up to 130°C
- Low temperature – Environmental temperature
- Medium temperature – 70°C
- High temperature – 130°C
Technical Features
- Stainless steel chamber, customizable for food treatment
- Maximum process temperature – 130°C
- The oven has a 250mm payload.
- The overall dimensions (machinery and technical equipment) is approximately: 5500x950x H1900mm.
- The treatment area is 4000mm long and includes the attenuation stages of the electromagnetic field of entry and exit.
- Dimensions are customizable on request
- The oven implements the microwave technology combined with hot air (and, on request, infrared)
- Microprocessor temperature controller
- 8kW of continuously adjustable microwaves are installed
- The treatment chamber can be lifted by an automated system (for maintenance or cleaning)
- The transport belt can be customized according to the needs of the treated product and is suitable for use with microwaves
- The transport speed is adjustable via the operator panel
- The machine is plug & play
