PALLETCLEANER has been designed to offer the market a new combined technology (forced air & UV-C) for cleaning and disinfecting goods loaded on pallets (glass bottles, plastic containers, cardboard boxes, etc.) when they are brought into a production cycle.

PALLETCLEANER is an ideal solution for sectors where large numbers of pallets containing various types of goods (such as glass bottles, plastic containers, cardboard boxes, etc.) are handled. Particularly when stored outdoors, these goods are exposed to insect infestation and nesting, as well as the accumulation of cobwebs, leaves and other contaminants, before entering the production cycle. Especially when used in food production processes, they must be cleaned or disinfected to prevent contaminants from entering production environments.

PALLETCLEANER has been designed to offer the market a new combined technology (forced air & UV-C) for cleaning and disinfecting goods loaded on pallets or in big bags.

Safe and reliable process

The interlocked door system prevents contamination of the premises: the doors cannot be opened simultaneously, and the door leading into the production area opens only once the pallet has been cleaned. The technology used for the treatment is safe and reliable.
