The Line solutions are the most varied and thanks to the clever combination of technologies, they make it possible to assert production processes in a highly efficient and qualitative way. With FLOWLINE we can meet the highest production requirements. Electro radiation technologies are combined with hot air or percussion, in continuous or discontinuous processes. The power of heating / cooling technologies, as well as the speed of the transport system, are always adjustable via the operator panel.
All the machines have the possibility to be connected to the remote assistance and to the management systems of the customer's production

Oven used for the polymerization of paint, especially water-based, through the emission of microwaves and a flow of hot air up to 130 ° C. the piece enters a station where the flash-off is performed for a correct distension of the paint applied to the supports. Subsequently, microwave heating is carried out and polymerization is completed in the air / infrared drying module. Before going out the price is cooled, and it is possible the immediate storing and other processing.
The speed of execution takes place thanks to the balanced and combined action of the different technologies. The combined action of microwave and hot air is optimized for flash off: microwaves act on the paint film by extracting the water particles that accumulate on the surface of the paint film. The action of the infrared removes these particles of water, with the result that the paint can pass to the subsequent drying phase, without the risk of imperfections due to the evaporation of water particles during the hardening of the paint.
In houses where solvent-based paint is used, microwaves can be excluded from the recipe.
The line includes a final module with forced cooling to allow the piece to be stored immediately after the oven exits.
